Dr. Tia Young is the founder of Tia Young Image & Etiquette, LLC, a firm she built over two decades delivering professional development and etiquette training across corporate, academic, and community environments.

Today, her work has evolved into a broader leadership platform as Dr. Tia Young, where she designs and delivers leadership development, executive presence, and professional training programs for corporations, universities, and nonprofit organizations.

Dr. Young holds a Doctor of Strategic Leadership from Southeastern University and has spent more than two decades helping professionals and organizations develop the skills required to lead effectively in visible and high-stakes environments.

Her work integrates leadership development, executive presence, and cultural intelligence, preparing leaders to navigate complex professional spaces with clarity, composure, and credibility.

Personal Perspective

Dr. Young’s leadership journey is also shaped by resilience and personal experience.

She is a colon cancer survivor, ringing the bell at Moffitt Cancer Center in 2023 after completing treatment. This experience deepened her commitment to helping others lead with courage, clarity, and purpose.

She has been married to her husband, Victor Young, since 2000. Together they are the proud parents of three daughters Anitarece, Jordyn, and Taylor.
